Didactics
Tuesday afternoon didactics, organized by Dr. Gregory Engel, are held at the Cherry Hill every Tuesday from 1-5 PM. Residents from all three sites attend this conference, which is designed to supplement the clinical curriculum. Presentations on a wide array of topics in Family and Community Medicine follow an 18 month rotating curriculum. Hands-on learning, case-based presentations and evidence based practice are emphasized. Speakers range from national experts on health policy to leading local physicians. Residents give talks on topics of special interest and on their own work in community medicine and activism.
