Kimberly Donohue, MD (SIHB)

Kimberly graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 2007. She agrees believes, as David Hilfiker does, that "the role of the good physician is to offer unconditional acceptance of the patient's being, to clarify without judging the cause of the illness, to honor the pain, to recognize the fear, and to hold on to hope." She strives to understand, encourage, and be with patients in their distress while providing their care. Special interests in medicine include geriatrics, health care approached to domestic violence and health literacy. She chose Swedish Family Medicine Cherry Hill because of the program's continual and persistent efforts to care for the most marginalized members of society. Outside of residency she enjoys hiking, the Mets, cooking, trivial pursuit and indoor soccer.
