Rachael Dyer, MD (Cherry Hill)

Rachel Dyer graduate from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2007. She believes in the need for a return to strong primary care and chose family medicine after realizing the importance of continuity of care and of a personal medical home in helping families to stay healthy. She enjoys helping patients navigate the complex biopsychosocial aspects of health. Other special interests in medicine include Hospice and Palliative Care and Polypharmacy in Geriatrics. Her favorite things in life are National Parks, travel, asparagus, and the Colts.
