Orthorama #8

You are having a great day on Ski Patrol, with the usual variety of fractures and head trauma.  Then this 20 y.o. female presents with a complaint of falling on her right arm while it was extended and now complains of elbow pain.   Here is what you see:

On your exam, she is not having pain anywhere along the humerus, her radial pulse is diminished and she has some tingling in her hand.  You decide that you need to treat this injury because of these findings.

What is the diagnosis?

What medications could you like to use for pain and sedation (if needed)?  Please provide doses for a 55 kg female that you would use.

How would you position her arm and what forces would you apply to correct this problem?
