Geriatrics Fellowship Application Information

We are currently accepting applications for the geriatric fellowship.

The Advanced Training in Geriatrics program is open only to physicians who are board certified or board eligible in family practice.

We are currently processing applications in preparation for the 2010-11 academic year.  Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.  Applicants must have completed a 3-year ACGME-accredited Family Practice Residency and obtain an unrestricted Washington State medical license and DEA by the beginning of the fellowship. 

Swedish Medical Center does not sponsor Visas.

Applicant information is reviewed as soon as ALL of the following are received:

1. Printable Application Form

2. Curriculum Vitae

3. Two letters of reference (preferably one from a family practice physician)

4. Personal Statement (This should explain how fellowship training would enable the applicant to pursue both short- and long-term goals.)

5. Medical school diploma and transcripts
    

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We will begin interviewing qualified applicants as their applications are received.
