Termination of Pregnancy Elective

Faculty Chair:   Kevin Wang, MD

This elective will provide senior residents with additional outpatient experience in surgical and medical termination of pregnancy, as well as management of early pregnancy loss.

Residents will need to maintain their continuity clinic and participation in didactics and other regularly scheduled meetings.

To schedule: contact Dr. Wang regarding interest.  (Please do not contact the community preceptors directly.)  In May or June (prior to the start of the R3 year) three or four R3 or R2s will be scheduled during available blocks for the year. R3s who are interested and who did not schedule by June may be placed in an open block as allowed by the schedule.  This is done on a first-come first-served basis.
